Scuff & Scarper is proud to be a small independent label.
We do keep very small amounts of stock, but the majority of our products are printed to order. We are a creative design house at heart so taking our ideas and evolving them into Tshirt designs is what we do best and our aim is to offer a large collection of superb designs to our customers without the need to retire existing products to make way for new stock. This means unlike larger retailers, we do not keep large levels of stock.
Due to the nature of our business we can only offer refunds on faulty / damaged items, so please ensure you check out our sizing info pages (links below) to ensure you purchase the right fit for you.
In the very rare event that your purchase arrives damaged or faulty we will offer you a refund or exchange. This also goes for any items that have been sent to you incorrectly.
- Please contact us using our Contact Us form or if you would prefer to email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order
- Please select Return Faulty Item from the drop down menu or detail in the email subject header and provide details as to why the product is faulty / damaged. We will then advise the next steps for you to return your item/s to us including the postage label. We may also request photos of the item.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this is normally within 7-10 working days of approval
- Please note: unfortunately we cannot return any items sent to us that are not faulty
If you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong size:
As mentioned above, due to our print on demand process we can only offer an exchange on all other returns that are NOT faulty.
- Please contact us using our Contact Us form or if you would prefer to email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Please select Return for Exchange from the drop down menu or if emailing detail 'Exchange Request' in the email subject header
- Please provide details of the exchange. We will then advise the next steps for returning your purchase
- Items MUST be returned in original unworn condition and in the original packaging
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange
- If approved, then your exchange item/s will be processed and your new items will be printed and sent to you. This will normally be within 7 working days of approval. Please note a postal charge will be incurred for the returned delivery.
- If you are returning a non-faulty item back to us for an exchange, then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Postage costs are non refundable. Please note: the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods
- We can only exchange items to the same value of the purchased product
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This will be extended to 30 days over the Christmas period.
Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make up, aftershave or deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in original condition in its original packaging along with any enclosed documentation.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund and 10 working days have passed after your approval email, please check with your bank / credit card company, it may take some time before your refund shows in your account.
